Are you going through a difficult time in your life at the moment? Maybe you have lost your sense of direction, are feeling a sense of pressure or stress? Or are feeling anxious and unsure of who you at a time of facing big changes or uncertainties? Are you struggling with an important relationship in your life? Or are there things from the past that have been triggered that are troubling you that are unclear, painful or unresolved?
Do you need somebody to talk to, to support you in looking at what you are going through and experiencing, to look at what is happening, how you are feeling and behaving and to find a way forward?
Counselling and Psychotherapy can help you to re-orientate yourself, supporting you to understand the painful, uncertain or confusing feelings you may be experiencing. It can assist you to move forwards towards greater clarity, ease and freedom.
Support to look at your experiences and feelings at such a time can help you understand yourself in new depth and clarity. Waking you up to seeing yourself with new eyes. This process of exploration can be through sensitive reflection and discussion, or by listening to body sensations 'felt sense' and their messages. It can involve exploring your family history and upbringing and the significant figures and relationships involved.

I bring to my therapy work respect, empathy and compassion and have over 25 years of experience as a Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Supervisor.
I have over 35 years experience and training of working with meditation and mindfulness based practices.
